Where does Glossier ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, France, and Australia. We are working hard to bring Glossier to more countries soon.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your products. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Please contact our gTeam with your order number to initiate a return or exchange.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, Glossier is a 100% cruelty-free company. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we permit our suppliers to do so.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your order through your Glossier account dashboard.
